…is really more of a set of epic instructions & skein.
This is a cable knit sweater I have picked away at for the last 3 years. It’s a pretty lavendar, hooded cardigan from a Vogue Knitting magazine for my mother. We both loved the pattern, and I’d never made a sweater before. It seemed like the perfect challenge.
Currently, I’m averaging 10-15 rows every 3 months. Ack.
It’s a love/hate project. The written instructions for the cabling were incorrect and no fix-its had been posted online when I began. So I rewrote the stitchwork myself. Now, I’m struggling to remember where I am at each point and adapting the rest of the pattern.
And if you’re curious: Yes, this is only the back.
